Membership
of IYTA
Full
Membership is available to those
who have successfully completed the
IYTA Teacher Training Course or for
those living overseas on application to
and successful examination by the
Committee of Management (a small fee is
involved).
Any
interested person may become a
Subscriber Member and be
eligible to take part in IYTA
activities, receive newsletters and
the International Light, attend
workshops and seminars in their State.
Subscriber Membership is one of the
prerequisites for participating in the
Teacher Training Course.

of a professional teaching
association.
- Current
financial Full Members may use the
letters "IYTA" as their
qualification after their
name.
- Listing
in the Full Members book, allowing
teachers to link up with Yoga
teachers of IYTA throughout the
world.
- Listing
on the Internet if
desired.
- Access
to reasonable rates for teachers'
insurance.
- Membership
provides yearly or three yearly
subscriptions to the magazine
International Light.
- Branch
Newsletter (where
applicable).
- Eligibility
to attend ongoing professional
development courses.
- Access
to seminars and
workshops.
- Voting
rights in the
Association.
