Lisa is a full teaching member of the IYTA (International Yoga Teaches Assoc), registered Fitness Trainer with Fitness Australia qualified in both Personal Training and Specific Populations Training. A qualified Pilates Instructor with Pilates Institute UK

YOGA
A class with Lisa involves yoga practices encouraging awareness of body, breath and mind. Classes focus on development of strength, flexibility, balance and poise. Breathing and relaxation techniques are practiced. You will feel stimulated, uplifted, relaxed and satisfied with the class.

PILATES
Pilates classes run in courses each term from 6-8 weeks. This facilitates progression by promoting new neuromuscular patterns you increase body awareness and an understanding of core stabilisation and strengthening. You will learn the essential movements that enable you to develop strength and stability in your bodies core. You will feel fantastic!

FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness sessions involve gentle organised movement to music with groups. Light weights and elastacised bands are used to encourage strength and stretching. Sessions can be organised for your group in blocks of 4-6 weeks. Suitable for seniors, adults, kids and people with disabilities

PILATES-CISE
The ultimate "combination class" - Combined Pilates and light fitness class with relaxation. Light warm up, low impact movement to encourage joint mobility, increase mineral bone density, balance and cardiovascular fitness. Pilates for core stabilisation and strength with Relaxation for well being.

Light weights 1-1.5kg are bought to class by you each week

RELAXATION DE-STRESS
What is stress and what is it that makes each of us vulnerable to different situations?
Lisa runs 4 week courses so you learn how to use yoga to maintain equanimity in situations of confusion and difficulties. You can organise these sessions fro you group. Very successful in Senior School groups. Course includes yoga postures, breathwork and relaxation practices.

MEDITATION
Meditation Course includes yoga postures, breathing and relaxation practices includes meditation practice and theory. The state of meditation is described as a state of expanded awareness and inner freedom. from meditation our true nature and potential is understood.

4-6 weeks courses or regular weekly classes at your school/office/venue can be easily arranged to suit your requirements.

Courses and Casual Classes available

Wear light comfortable clothing, bring water bottle & hand towel and arrive 5 min before the class
